Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Technical Project Manager located in Ireland, offered through a partner organization managing applications and recruitment. The role centers on spearheading the delivery of complex technical projects by bridging engineering teams, product stakeholders, and external collaborators to ensure projects are executed with clarity and collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of technical projects including platform developments, system integrations, and onboarding of partners.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans capturing milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and decisions to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Manage daily project momentum by removing obstacles, enabling decision-making, and driving progress across varied workstreams.
• Arrange and facilitate cross-functional meetings to monitor progress, tackle challenges, and maintain team alignment with project goals.
• Serve as the main conduit for communication between engineering, product, business units, and external partners.
• Regularly provide stakeholders and senior leadership with clear updates on project status, risk factors, timelines, and interdependencies.
• Implement project governance through documentation, change control, and accountability enforcement throughout delivery phases.
• Convert business requirements and stakeholder feedback into structured user stories with explicit acceptance criteria to support engineering efforts.
• Identify and apply enhancements to project management methodologies, tools, and operational workflows within technical teams.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Lead in software development or related technology settings.
• Expertise managing comprehensive technical projects involving multiple teams and complex interdependencies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with aptitude for fostering collaboration across all management levels.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities, adept at handling concurrent projects efficiently.
• Excellent English communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated skills in facilitation and influence to maintain team alignment and progress under uncertainty.
• Detail-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the success of projects.
• Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
• Additional experience or certifications in iGaming, software platforms, technical integrations, or formal project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
