Technical Lead - OTBI, BIP, HDL Extracts

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead with hands-on expertise in Oracle reporting and cloud application data extraction. The role focuses on leading technical work across BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL extracts, SQL-based data modelling, and related Oracle Cloud reporting solutions. This position is open across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune.

Core Work

• Lead technical efforts within the reporting and extraction domain.
• Design and develop advanced BI Publisher reports that produce highly formatted, pixel-accurate output such as invoices and purchase orders.
• Create OTBI analyses and interactive dashboards that deliver real-time operational visibility for users.
• Build complex SQL queries to pull reporting data from Oracle Cloud applications.
• Carry out unit testing, verify data accuracy, and support existing reports when applications are upgraded or patched.
• Work on HCM reorganization-related technical requirements, which are a must for this role.

Technical Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience leading technical work and should be comfortable with Oracle SaaS reporting tools. Strong knowledge of Oracle SaaS OTBI reports is mandatory, while Oracle HCM Extracts are considered an added advantage.
