Overview
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with company standards. This role involves recruiting new agents, training them on products and processes, and monitoring their sales performance closely.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new insurance advisors and agents, including conducting initial screening and onboarding processes.
- Train team members on HDFC Life insurance products, effective sales approaches, and compliance requirements.
- Support advisors in enhancing their skills for prospecting potential clients and closing sales successfully.
- Establish sales targets, track team achievements regularly, and motivate the team to reach business goals.
- Assist advisors with critical client meetings and help resolve any customer service issues that arise.
- Generate business leads through networking, referrals, and local market activities, supporting agents to convert these into sales.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and external regulations, verifying accurate policy documentation.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports and team performance updates to branch management, analyze performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
Additional Information
Salary ranges from 15,000 to 65,000 INR monthly, reflecting performance and experience levels.
