Role Overview
We are seeking a Team Leader for a position based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, with M/s Hari Pesticides. The role involves overseeing activities related to agricultural pesticides, fertilizers, and crop protection products with a minimum experience requirement of one year in a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing orders from initiation through to dispatch.
- Following up on payments to ensure timely collections.
- Tracking order maturity and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Maintaining financial ledgers accurately.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in an agriculture or pesticide company is compulsory.
- In-depth knowledge of pesticides, fertilizers, and crop protection products used in farming.
- Must possess joining and relieving letters from previous employers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary of ₹22,000 per month.
- Performance-based incentives available; details to be provided post a successful one-month trial period.
Working Hours
The work schedule is from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
