Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct daily sales calls aimed at financial planning consultations with clients.
- Secure customers and achieve the targeted premium amounts.
- Provide comprehensive product information to customers.
- Track and act upon prospect and customer leads supplied by the company to generate new business or cross-selling possibilities.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of products among existing customers while building their portfolios.
- Maintain customer relationships to guarantee persistence and timely policy renewals.
- Comply with all sales processes, operational procedures, underwriting and compliance standards; ensure precise data recording.
- Meet all sales and distribution, as well as financial key performance indicators established for the position.
- Follow the prescribed sales methodology alongside Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, corporate conduct codes, and company regulations.
