Role Overview
Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) delivers a free program aimed at rural youth across North India's Hindi belt, designed to foster productive, ethical attitudes and essential employability skills. As a fresh teacher, you will play a key role in this initiative by conducting daily lessons aligned with the curriculum in a classroom setting.
Primary Duties
- Facilitate daily instructional sessions based on the provided curriculum to enhance student learning.
- Ensure student engagement and retention by delivering lessons with clarity and effectiveness.
Additional Information
- FEA fully sponsors the training program for teachers; candidates are not required to make any payments.
- The duration of the training ranges from a minimum of 35 days to a maximum of 70 days.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are restricted to candidates residing exclusively in Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar, or Jalalpur.
