Role overview
Motion Recruitment is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join its Enterprise Talent Services team supporting Texas. This is a fully remote position, but it operates on Central Time, so candidates based in Texas are preferred. The opportunity is suited to someone at the start of their recruiting career, with up to 3 years of experience, and includes structured training with both team-based and one-on-one support.
The role focuses on finding and placing technical and non-technical candidates for enterprise clients across the United States. It offers the chance to contribute to a long-standing recruitment organization known for innovation and to work on challenging, high-impact hiring assignments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process from sourcing candidates through offer creation and post-offer follow-up for a range of technical and non-technical roles at enterprise organizations nationwide.
- Search job boards and post openings to identify suitable talent for active requisitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Screen candidates by phone, present relevant opportunities, and match qualifications to open roles in real time.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates ahead of time, and collect feedback after interviews.
- Issue offers to chosen candidates.
- Support the internal HR team with onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Prior exposure to Bullhorn or another ATS is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a high-volume phone-based environment.
- Interest in recruiting and sales-oriented work.

Additional information
This position is 100% remote, but candidates should be comfortable working on Central Time. Preference is given to applicants located in Texas. The role is described as entry level to 3 years of experience and includes both group and individual training support.
