About the Role

Workspire is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to contribute to our expanding recruitment services and ensure excellent experiences for candidates and clients within construction, engineering, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. This role collaborates closely with the company founder and recruitment team to handle candidate screening, job posting oversight, applicant coordination, ongoing communication, recruitment system management, and general operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist ongoing recruitment activities across multiple industries including construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, and corporate roles.
  • Create and maintain job ads on various recruiting platforms.
  • Keep candidate, client, and search records up to date in the applicant tracking system.
  • Screen applicants and support sourcing initiatives including conducting introductory phone calls.
  • Arrange interviews and handle candidate follow-ups, preparation, and post-interview debriefings.
  • Prepare candidate materials such as profiles, resumes, interview documents, and submissions for clients.
  • Ensure prompt and considerate communication throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Engage in training to learn and apply proprietary recruiting techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Shadow interviews, client discussions, and offer negotiations to build recruiting expertise.
  • Develop understanding of targeted industries and progressively take on more responsibility in managing candidate pipelines and searches.
  • Deliver operational and administrative support including scheduling, reporting, documentation, presentations, and internal project assistance.
  • Contribute to enhancing daily operations' efficiency, organization, and consistency.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, staffing, business operations, or related fields.
  • Preferred background includes staffing agencies, executive search, construction, engineering, or professional services.
  • Strong commitment to building a career in recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic remote work environment.

Compensation & Benefits
