About the Role
This full-time position of Talent Operations Manager offers an annual salary range from $70,000 to $110,000, operating remotely within the APJ region. The role demands managing comprehensive talent-related operations, primarily focusing on AI training and data projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for large groups efficiently and promptly.
- Oversee and activate widespread talent pools enabling AI training and data-centric operations.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with enterprise clients to build trust and collaboration.
- Identify potential obstacles early and implement swift solutions to maintain smooth workflows.
- Ensure successful outcomes of AI projects by continuously monitoring operational performance.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports highlighting performance metrics and key milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in handling remote and distributed teams or operations.
- Exceptional written communication skills that are clear, structured, and professional.
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership over assigned responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams exceeding 100 members.
- Competency with data analysis tools, dashboards, key performance indicators, and troubleshooting performance issues.
