Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Corporate Functions (Contract)

About the Opportunity

Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to managing a seamless recruitment process for our global Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit, and Ethics groups, with a specialized focus on the APAC region. The team continually collaborates with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure an effective hiring experience and a positive journey for our incoming team members.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Corporate Functions team for a 12-month contract. In this capacity, you will work directly with the broader talent acquisition group and hiring stakeholders, supporting recruitment goals and serving as an ambassador for our company by delivering high-quality candidate pipelines and a best-in-class interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle concurrent, complex sourcing projects to attract and engage talents across varying levels.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of interview scheduling, ensuring both candidates and interviewers are informed of logistics.
• Maintain clear and timely communications with candidates throughout their interview journey.
• Design and implement creative sourcing approaches, leverage talent mapping, and initiate or refine projects to enhance efficiency, under guidance from Talent Acquisition partners.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring leaders to continuously optimise recruitment processes.
• Champion a positive candidate experience and actively promote ByteDance as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, effectively organizing and juggling several priorities and assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to quickly form connections and communicate clearly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates at all organizational levels.
• Preferably at least 1 year of sourcing experience, ideally managing recruitment in high-volume environments—either in-house or via agency/search firm.

• This is a 12-month temporary contract managed entirely through a third-party agency; ByteDance will not be your direct employer.
