Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Media Performance, you will take significant responsibility within the Media Talent Acquisition team, collaborating closely with media performance business units. This position offers ownership over the hiring process, opportunities to innovate recruitment practices, and progression towards a senior recruitment role with supportive guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complete recruitment cycles for roles in media performance with available support when required
- Allocating substantial time to sourcing and engaging with candidates rather than administrative tasks
- Establishing authentic partnerships with hiring managers to foster collaborative hiring efforts
- Ensuring candidates have a positive and transparent experience with clear and personable communication
- Enhancing talent attraction strategies and crafting compelling narratives about teams and projects
- Leveraging data and insights to continuously refine recruitment approaches, supported through training
- Promoting fair, inclusive, and enjoyable hiring processes for all participants
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a recruiter or resourcer, preferably agency-side or in-house, with readiness to advance responsibilities
- Confidence in engaging with candidates and stakeholders, even in complex situations
- Interest in media, performance marketing, or digital roles, with willingness to learn the domain
- Practical problem-solving mindset with drive to improve processes
- Strong organisational abilities ensuring critical tasks are managed effectively
- Authentic interest in understanding people’s motivations and behaviors
- Receptiveness to learning, feedback, and adopting new recruitment methodologies
