Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner experienced in comprehensive recruiting within regulated environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies driven by data and market insights aligned with company objectives.
  • Engage closely with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, define job roles, provide market and hiring trend guidance, and support workforce planning.
  • Utilize up-to-date sourcing technologies, including AI tools, to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Enhance candidate experience by ensuring consistent, positive communication throughout recruitment phases.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as cost per hire and time-to-fill to inform improvements and advise leadership.
  • Manage budgets related to job boards and social media advertising to optimize recruitment spending.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers to secure talent.
  • Collaborate on compensation strategies and provide insights to maintain competitiveness.
  • Maintain and develop talent pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill technical, clinical, and leadership roles.
  • Create compelling job descriptions reflecting precise role needs and business requirements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring communications convey company culture and values effectively.

  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and support additional initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of six years in-house recruitment experience in Medical Device, Biotechnology, or Healthcare sectors, including at least two years managing recruiting initiatives.
  • Proven ability to recruit successfully across technical, operations, clinical, and commercial roles, including leadership positions.
  • Skilled in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and contemporary recruiting software.
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures, role definitions, compensation methodology, and broader HR processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and aptitude in candidate evaluation and assessment.
