About Guidehealth and the Role
Guidehealth is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition and Talent Integration Specialist to manage the entire recruitment process and onboarding for diverse clinical and non-clinical positions that support our value-based healthcare and technology services. This fully remote role demands high accountability for sourcing top talent and ensuring efficient integration to maximize employee success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including pipeline creation, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, pre-boarding, and tracking early engagement and performance metrics.
- Gain deep understanding of Guidehealth’s operations, workforce demands, and HR processes to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, clinical and business leaders to clarify candidate profiles and align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
- Employ creative and data-driven sourcing approaches through platforms, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
- Provide empathetic and high-quality candidate experiences reflecting Guidehealth’s patient-centered culture throughout the hiring and onboarding phases.
- Manage pre-boarding logistics such as background verification, credential checks, licensure validation, and compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations.
- Identify and resolve compliance risks and process bottlenecks while maintaining thorough documentation for audits and liability reduction.
- Apply healthcare-specific candidate assessments, including structured interviews and behavioral questions, to evaluate technical skills, ethics, interpersonal abilities, and cultural fit consistently and fairly.
- Integrate AI-powered tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and assessments while ensuring data accuracy, equity, and proper human oversight.
- Utilize applicant tracking and reporting systems to streamline recruitment workflows and analyze hiring data to continually enhance processes.
- Monitor onboarding success through metrics and feedback to improve recruitment and integration methods.
- Coach hiring managers on best staffing practices, interviewing techniques, and equitable hiring strategies.
- Adapt quickly to changes and ambiguity with professionalism, supporting organizational agility in a regulated environment.
- Work alongside People Operations and leadership to promote internal talent movement, build employer branding, and contribute to broader talent initiatives.
- Champion Guidehealth’s mission, values, and culture externally and internally to reduce regrettable early turnover.
Candidate Qualifications
- Significant experience in comprehensive recruitment cycles, preferably in healthcare, clinical, or similarly regulated sectors, with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings.
- Exceptional relationship management skills to engage multiple stakeholders effectively at all organizational levels.
- Sound discernment combined with empathy, committed to patient-first and equitable hiring.
- Proficient with technology and data-driven decision-making in recruiting and onboarding contexts.
- Knowledgeable about employment law, healthcare credentialing processes, and state licensure regulations.
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and uncertainty with resilience and integrity.
- Familiarity with candidate assessment platforms such as SmartRecruiters, Predictive Index, eSkill, or comparable tools.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational or Industrial Psychology, Management, or Psychology, combined with 5 to 8 years in talent excellence roles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with active listening capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $84,000 to $94,000, paid biweekly as per company payroll standards. The final offer will factor in candidates’ skills, experience, education, location, and certifications.
