Swimming Pool Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Swimming Pool Attendant to uphold cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the swimming pool area. This role involves monitoring visitors, maintaining water quality, and assisting with equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the swimming pool and its surroundings at all times.
• Monitor pool users to enforce swimming pool rules and regulations.
• Check water levels and ensure pool sanitation standards are met consistently.
• Conduct scheduled tests on water quality parameters such as chlorine and pH levels and document the results.
• Liaise with maintenance personnel for inspecting and repairing pool equipment when necessary.
• Remove leaves, debris, and other waste materials from the pool and deck area regularly.
• Clean poolside furniture and ancillary facilities including changing rooms, showers, and washrooms.
• Immediately report any safety concerns, equipment faults, or maintenance needs.
• Ensure lifesaving apparatus including life buoys, rescue poles, and first aid kits are accessible and well maintained.
• Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from residents and visitors regarding pool usage.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of inspections and maintenance activities.
• Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures as well as health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Salary and Work Details

The position offers a monthly remuneration in the range of INR 14,000 to INR 15,000.
