Position Overview
We are looking for a Support Representative I to remotely join our team and serve one of our premier clients. This role centers on delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic call center setting. The main duties include managing inbound communications, supporting team members and leadership, and assisting with various Human Resources operations through system tools and information resources.
- Manage phones, chat interactions, and operate two TMSS queues efficiently in a fast-moving atmosphere.
- Respond to incoming calls and questions courteously and with empathy.
- Offer general information, technical support, and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Proactively leverage resources like the Knowledgebase, Village Web, and Job Aides to assist.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide seamless customer service, including facilitating warm transfers.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with required proof before submission.
- Have prior experience in a call center or helpdesk performing Tier I support.
- Be accustomed to managing a high volume of daily calls.
- Be familiar with helpdesk ticketing platforms.
- Preferably have experience troubleshooting HRIS systems such as Workday.
