Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a crucial link between DaleelStore and our key commercial suppliers, you will lead efforts to source new vendors, maintain ongoing supplier relationships, and negotiate favorable commercial agreements. Your responsibilities will include managing interactions with a geographically diverse supplier network, often engaging with partners located offshore.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers to align with company goals.
• Manage daily procurement processes in collaboration with finance, planning, and suppliers.
• Develop and sustain strong, enduring relationships with both local and international suppliers to ensure high service quality.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, discounts, and exclusive agreements to boost profitability.
• Monitor trends in the market, competitor offerings, and emerging digital reward products.
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, and Sales teams to guarantee smooth voucher distribution and promptly address supply challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Arabic, capable of confidently leading business discussions and negotiations in both languages.
• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or partnership management.
• Experience in the e-voucher and loyalty rewards sector is considered a significant advantage.
• Flexible in working hours and days to coordinate with offshore suppliers across different time zones.
• Must hold a valid passport and be open to occasional international travel for meetings and industry events.
• A proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity who takes complete ownership of deliverables and works swiftly.
