Role overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to act as a subject matter expert across logistics planning, execution, and sustainment. In this role, you will partner with government logistics teams, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to help ensure systems are deployed, maintained, and managed effectively throughout their lifecycle in the client environment.
Key responsibilities
- Offer informed guidance on logistics approaches, policies, and operating procedures.
- Carry out logistics studies such as Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis, and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis while staying aligned with acquisition and sustainment requirements.
- Prepare, evaluate, and update logistics documents including Logistics Support Analysis Reports (LSARs), Logistics Management Information (LMI) data, and provisioning records.
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans.
- Identify logistics risks and support mitigation planning using structured risk management methods.
- Apply subject-matter knowledge in supply chain operations, inventory oversight, and warehousing practices while following relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Help develop and deliver training for system operators and maintainers.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and working sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Visit client sites as needed to evaluate logistics support performance and recommend improvements.
- Draft reports, briefings, and presentations covering logistics topics, findings, and recommended actions.
