Key Responsibilities

  • Take operational charge to manage and enhance end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Support the Director of Supply Chain Management in implementing strategic initiatives and managing global projects.
  • Analyze and improve material and information flows among suppliers, manufacturing sites, and customers.
  • Conduct risk management along the supply chain, addressing bottlenecks, geopolitical risks, and transportation challenges.
  • Prepare and monitor forecasts and capacity planning collaboratively with production and sales teams.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy, on-time in-full (OTIF), and inventory turnover, and develop action plans to boost performance.
  • Participate in projects focusing on digitalization, process optimization, and risk management.
  • Manage interfaces with purchasing, production, sales, and external partners.
  • Develop decision-making materials for the Director of Supply Chain Management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Completed academic degree in business, engineering, or related fields like business administration, industrial engineering, or business informatics.
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management or logistics.
