Supply Chain Analyst

Job Overview

We are recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst to join our client, a leading global food and beverage company, located in Rosemont, IL. This role offers a valuable opportunity for candidates proficient in Excel and comfortable managing extensive datasets, aiming to advance their expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, order processing, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input forecasted orders, purchase orders, and necessary order modifications within established deadlines.
• Monitor incoming shipments to ensure appointment schedules are adhered to and deliveries are completed.
• Confirm supplier order acknowledgments and expected delivery timelines.
• Generate and maintain reports comparing ordered quantities versus received goods, forecasted sales versus actual sales, and inventory status relative to set targets.
• Examine pallet weights, truck capacities, SKUs, and identify any irregularities or critical details in orders.
• Utilize Excel and proprietary systems to analyze extensive SKU and inventory data effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of two years' experience in order entry, inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, particularly with complex formulas such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
• Experienced in handling and interpreting large data volumes, detailed inventory reports, and SKU-level information.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Additional Details

• Compensation ranges from $30 to $35 per hour.
• LaSalle Network consultants qualify for a suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, family medical leave, worker's compensation, paid leave, and sick leave.
• Work location is fully on-site at Rosemont, IL.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
• Employment is on a contract basis with at-will assignment duration.
