Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the customer experience to ensure it exceeds expectations. Your duties will involve close collaboration with kitchen staff on accurate order taking, managing payments properly, confidently suggesting menu and drink options, monitoring service quality, and addressing any concerns or incidents. You will act as a proactive and supportive team leader.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
• A strong enthusiasm for food and beer
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment
