Position Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor to join the team at one of our exciting new pre-opening properties, part of our esteemed award-winning portfolio. This role offers an exceptional chance to contribute to a brand-new venue from its inception.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
• Lead, encourage, and assist the front-of-house team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain service quality, staff grooming, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Ensure effective communication between kitchen, bar, and service personnel.
• Address and resolve guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support management in meeting operational and financial objectives.
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance enhancement.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Supervise the opening and closing routines of the venue.
• Consistently uphold high standards of luxury hospitality.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience within luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, beach clubs, or lifestyle venues.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to engage guests.
• Capable of inspiring and leading by example.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making skills.
• Passion for delivering memorable experiences in luxury hospitality settings.
