Position Overview

The Supervisor II in Food & Beverage is responsible for ensuring seamless teamwork among staff to deliver outstanding service and meet guest requirements. Tasks include monitoring employee grooming and attire, conducting opening and closing duties such as preparation and cleaning of supplies and equipment, securing premises, and managing inventory with proper storage methods like FIFO. The role involves overseeing dining areas for guest safety and availability and handling maintenance requests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support management with recruitment, staff training, scheduling, performance appraisal, counseling, disciplinary measures, motivation, and coaching.
  • Serve as an exemplar and initial contact point for policies that promote fair treatment and open communication.
  • Comply with all organizational and safety protocols, promptly report accidents or hazards, and complete necessary safety training.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and protection of company assets.

  • Use clear and professional communication and foster positive working relationships among team members.
