Student Management Officer

Job Overview

The Student Management Officer will provide personalized mentoring and support to students who face behavioural and discipline challenges. The role involves planning and delivering motivational talks and student engagement activities, assisting with discipline enforcement and incident investigations, and participating in after-school neighborhood patrols. Collaboration with parents on behavioural issues and working closely with the Discipline Master to foster positive development among students are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one guidance to students with behavioural and disciplinary needs.
• Organize and lead motivational talks as well as student engagement programmes.
• Assist in maintaining student discipline, conducting fact-finding for incidents, and participating in after-school neighborhood patrols.
• Engage and collaborate with parents regarding student behaviour and discipline matters.
• Partner closely with the Discipline Master to encourage constructive development of students.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least two years of relevant experience working with children, youth, and families.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for engagement.
• Advantageous to have experience in planning and delivering motivational or educational programmes.
• Preferred experience in organizing physical or youth development activities.
• A strong passion for supporting and mentoring children and youth populations.
