Role Overview

The Strategy & Operations Manager position is focused on addressing significant operational challenges at scale. This role involves designing efficient systems that support Revolut’s rapid global expansion. By leading high-impact projects and leveraging data-driven insights, the manager will drive streamlined processes and improve outcomes for customers, particularly in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance operational workflows to prepare Revolut Australia for rapid growth.
• Collaborate with local teams and headquarters in London to develop detailed operational playbooks and integrate new features, ensuring seamless execution of Revolut products.
• Identify priority projects and set strategic timelines to achieve swift and effective results.
• Continuously seek and implement new functionalities that improve the customer experience.
• Optimize and maintain standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee essential vendor relationships and establish systems to monitor performance.
• Forge and manage strategic partnerships in the supply chain and negotiate commercial agreements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar strategy or operations role.
• Proven track record of successful project outcomes.
• Experience working in top-tier technology companies or startups with rapid responsibility growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Proficiency in working with data tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel to support decision-making.
• Genuine curiosity and motivation to create meaningful business impact.
