About the Role
Join the Go-to-Market operations team within Google's Global Business Organization, focusing on the Product Go-to-Market (PGTM) efforts that fuel the Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) growth across the US, Canada, and LATAM. This role centers on accelerating YouTube Demand Generation by managing strategic priorities, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and driving operational efficiency to maximize advertiser impact and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to boost awareness, commercialization, and activation of DemandGen aligned with ALCS business objectives, forecasts, and key results.
- Coordinate with sector-level video leads to align YouTube activation strategies with ALCS goals, tracking progress and sharing updates and product feedback.
- Develop and deliver training, events, and communications to equip ALCS sales teams with knowledge to activate new DemandGen offerings effectively.
- Work closely with Global Product Solutions leads and cross-functional teams to steer product development, gather market feedback, define adoption goals, and articulate value propositions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity; or one year of relevant experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity, distill unclear problems into clear statements, exercise good judgment in complex situations, manage projects and datasets, and drive operational excellence.
- Experience in crafting strategic narratives, influencing industry perceptions at major events, and effectively communicating complex ideas verbally and in writing.
- Strong understanding of customer and market landscapes, including how brands utilize DemandGen.

Compensation
Compensation varies by location and is influenced by skills, experience, and education. Examples: For Canada, CAD 96000-98500 base salary plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits. For the USA, USD 100000-142000 base salary plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
