Storekeeper

Position summary

The Storekeeper will manage day-to-day warehouse operations at Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory in Tabuk Industrial City. The role covers receiving and shipping goods, tracking inventory status and quality condition, and maintaining accurate records of warehouse movements.

Core responsibilities

• Check incoming materials and verify documents, quantities, and condition to make sure handling procedures are properly followed.
• Share daily updates on newly received items with the relevant teams through the database so raw material movements can be tracked in the warehouse and ERP system against receiving orders.
• Maintain accurate ERP records for all raw materials, assign barcode labels for scanning, and organize stock within the warehouse.
• Issue raw materials to production using inventory control methods such as FIFO, LIFO, PAR levels, and average cost, based on ERP issue orders.
• Carry out regular inspections of the warehouse, materials, and equipment to confirm sufficient storage capacity and compliance with Nestlé’s storage standards.
• Perform monthly stock checks to evaluate inventory levels and reconcile warehouse balances with ERP records.
• Follow Nestlé SHE rules and procedures at all times during working hours to protect personal and workplace safety.

Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related discipline is required.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is preferred; fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Computer literacy is necessary for the role.
• Applicants should be native Arabic speakers with strong English communication skills.
