Role Overview

At Magson, a specialty gourmet and frozen foods retail store, the Store Incharge holds the critical responsibility of steering daily store functions to ensure smooth operation, maintain product quality, and maximize sales performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage inventory with strict adherence to the FIFO method to maintain freshness and ensure all temperature-sensitive and imported products in freezers and chillers remain within optimal conditions.
• Supervise all daily operational activities including billing, handling of cash, closing sales at day end, and upholding high standards of store cleanliness and hygiene.
• Lead and coordinate the store team by preparing work schedules, providing training focused on the products and customer interaction, and fostering an efficient workforce.
• Address and resolve customer questions and complaints professionally, while actively promoting sales to achieve the store's revenue goals.

Remuneration and Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 30000 INR. The workplace is situated in Goa, Goa, India.
