About the Role
We are seeking a Store Executive to manage operations in our sweets (mithai) manufacturing facility located in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling store-related tasks specific to the food industry, especially in mithai production units.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing raw material inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Issuing materials as per work orders diligently.
- Placing purchase orders to maintain adequate supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.
- Proper stacking of materials following FIFO (First In First Out) principles.
- Utilizing ERP or inventory management software effectively for daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in stores management within a mithai or food manufacturing factory is essential.
- Familiarity with methods of raw material handling, stock control, and inventory procedures.
- Ability to maintain hygiene standards in the storage area.
Additional Information
The salary package offered can go up to ₹300,000 per year, depending on the experience and expertise demonstrated by the candidate. Preference will be given to individuals residing in specific localities such as Tangra, Topsia, Park Circus, Science City, and neighboring Bypass areas in Kolkata.
