Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence focusing on visual merchandising, customer service, backroom, and merchandise processing activities.
• Maintain high standards in customer service and store operations by providing clear communication and aligning team efforts.
• Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently while encouraging teamwork and training associates on service policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop associates in merchandise presentation and customer service practices to promote continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Create attractive merchandise displays to enhance the store’s brand presence and value proposition.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or service experience with solid understanding of customer needs and operational workflows.
• Demonstrate a cooperative approach that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships.
• Exhibit strong multitasking skills to handle various tasks effectively in a high-paced work environment, adapting as necessary.
• Show excellent communication and time management abilities to prioritize and clearly share information.
