Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Retail Store Coordinator to join our team at the Winners location in Ottawa. This role requires motivating and guiding staff to provide exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards in store operations within a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including visual merchandising, customer service, merchandise processing, and back room management.
• Ensure consistent excellence in customer service and smooth store operations through clear communication and team alignment.
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks, promote collaboration among associates, and provide training on service policies and procedures.
• Coach associates in both merchandise presentation and customer service delivery, fostering continual improvement and teamwork.
• Create impactful merchandise displays that reinforce the store’s brand strategy and attract customers.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail or service experience with solid understanding of customer needs and operational workflows.
• Demonstrates a collaborative approach to teamwork and positive interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication abilities and adept at time management to ensure information flows clearly and tasks are effectively prioritized.
