Primary Duties

Arrange and oversee facility auctions
Provide training to facility housekeeping staff
Collaborate with marketing company president and executive assistant on new build projects

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The position involves moderate hazards requiring safety precautions, such as working near machinery or chemicals, and may require protective equipment including masks, goggles, or gloves.
