Stock Market Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Stock Market Trainer to educate students and aspiring investors on a variety of stock market topics, including fundamentals, technical and fundamental analysis, trading strategies, and investment principles. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on market experience and strong instructional abilities to effectively convey complex concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver stock market education through classroom sessions or online platforms.
• Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans, presentations, and study aids.
• Teach essential topics such as stock market basics, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, candlestick patterns, risk management, options and futures, and portfolio management.
• Perform real-time market analysis and conduct live trading demonstrations.
• Respond to student questions and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Evaluate student learning progress through assignments and quizzes.
• Keep abreast of latest financial market trends and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• Professional certifications like NISM, NCFM, or their equivalents are beneficial.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in stock market trading, investing, or delivering related training.
• In-depth knowledge of equities, derivatives, and financial markets overall.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in technical and fundamental analysis.
• Experience with trading platforms such as TradingView, Zerodha Kite, and Upstox.
• Skilled in market research and analysis.
• Comfortable with public speaking and teaching both in-person and online.
• Competent in using MS Office or Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conducting webinars or virtual training sessions.
• Capability to break down complex financial topics into understandable concepts.
• Hands-on experience in live trading and portfolio management.
