Startup Support Analyst

Role Overview

This position focuses on supporting innovators and emerging businesses by helping shape early ideas into viable startups and value-driven business models. The role also contributes to building a supportive environment for startups and strengthening their role in national economic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in activities that help idea owners turn innovative concepts into startups and practical business models that create value.
• Support startup businesses by helping provide an enabling environment and reinforcing their contribution to the national economy.
• Prepare and assist with initiatives that address the challenges faced by startups.
• Help direct startups to the appropriate departments or related entities so they can access available services.
• Coordinate advisory support sessions involving experienced professionals and subject-matter specialists.
• Organize regular meetings and seminars with startups to review progress and developments.
• Follow workplace regulations, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures applicable to the organizational unit.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
• Assist in monitoring the implementation of startup support programs in development and innovation areas in line with approved plans.

Education and Experience

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification in a field related to the job. No prior work experience is required.
