Role Overview

The Sponsor Project Manager will assist clients in connecting with consumers by delivering compelling in-real-life (IRL) experiences and managing targeted media campaigns effectively. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships, this position supports comprehensive sponsorship projects spanning traditional experiential sales, media, joint sales, and novel sponsorship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sponsorship projects including asset collection, profile data gathering, and compilation of performance metrics for festivals, live events, and media platforms.
  • Maintain and update the Live Nation United (LNU) portfolio presentation as needed.
  • Support lead generation through brand identification, analysis, and research.
  • Collaborate with the COO, sponsorship team members, and key individuals across LNU and Live Nation on strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for brand pitch generation.
  • Assist activation management and media delivery teams during the execution of sponsorship activities.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, sponsorships, marketing, media, events, or related sectors.
