Specialist Teaching Associate - English / Science / Math (5-Day Work Week)

Overview

This role involves teaching foundational subjects including English, Science, and Math on a consistent 5-day weekly schedule encompassing weekends. Educators will be delivering approximately 10 to 13 classes weekly and supporting peers by covering additional sessions when necessary, all adhering to the company's quality teaching standards designed to maximize student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons following the institution's curriculum and instructional guidelines to ensure high academic standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress comprehensively, including behavioral observations and developmental tracking.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with both students and parents by providing timely performance updates and feedback.
• Create a secure, encouraging learning atmosphere conducive to student engagement and success.
• Participate as company representatives in educational marketing initiatives, open houses, and related events as requested.
• Contribute to occasional educational projects and other duties as assigned.
