Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate student capabilities and design customized teaching strategies.
- Modify educational content to suit individual learning requirements.
- Regularly monitor and document student progress.
- Observe children's behavior and initiate suitable interventions when necessary.
- Utilize interactive activities like drawing and theater to impart skills.
- Handle classroom emergencies and mediate conflicts effectively.
- Assist students in preparing for advancement to higher grades.
- Communicate with parents regarding academic and behavioral updates.
- Guide and mentor colleagues working with children who have disabilities.
- Work closely with support personnel such as counselors and speech therapists to develop comprehensive intervention plans.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Special Education.
- Have at least three years of experience working in Special Education with pediatric populations.
- Possess strong knowledge of childhood language disorders and their treatment approaches.
