Spa Receptionist

Position Overview

We are seeking an amiable Spa Receptionist to represent Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) at our Elmhurst, IL location. This part-time role involves acting as the welcoming point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a first-rate customer experience. The role operates weekday evenings and Saturdays, offering hourly pay of $15.40.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members warmly by name, establishing a positive atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa front desk and tanning areas.
• Answer phone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately process payments and reconcile the cash drawer at shift end.
• Make reminder and confirmation calls to clients regarding their appointments.
• Inform clients about Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions, assisting them in selecting suitable products and services.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide assistance to other departments when needed.

Work Schedule

Required shifts are weekday evenings from 4 PM to 9 PM and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
