Job Opportunity: Service Hero at Solar Square Energy
Solar Square Energy is seeking dedicated professionals for the role of maintaining and cleaning solar panels as part of their field team. This position primarily involves working on-site at customer locations to ensure the functionality and efficiency of solar installations.
Compensation and Allowances
- Monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 18000 INR
- Petrol allowance up to 4000 INR per month
Educational Qualifications
- ITI certification in Electrician, Fitter, or Welder disciplines
- Diploma holders in Electrical, Fitter, or Welder streams are encouraged to apply

Work Schedule
The role requires commitment to an 8-hour workday, typically at various customer sites.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and thorough cleaning of rooftop solar panels to maximize their operational efficiency
- Conduct basic inspections to identify and report any malfunctions or issues within the solar power systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols while working on-site
- Document and update the service status promptly after each visit
