Role Overview
The company is hiring a Social Media Specialist who can shape its online presence through creative, engaging content. This position suits someone who is confident on camera, understands current social media behavior, and enjoys building audience connections through storytelling.
What You Will Do
- Roll out the content calendar across every social platform used by the brand.
- Create and appear in video content for campaigns, product highlights, and brand narratives.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce content that captures attention.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content to stay relevant.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives, product launches, and broader company activities.
- Make sure all output stays consistent with the brand’s identity and communication style.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Comfort and confidence in front of the camera are essential.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and similar social platforms is needed.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English communication is expected.
- A creative approach, along with solid planning and time-management abilities, is important.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while handling several responsibilities at once.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators is preferred.
