About the Role

We seek a passionate storyteller dedicated to crafting compelling content that captivates audiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will translate creative concepts into engaging posts, captivating captions, and effective marketing campaigns that resonate and grow community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative social media strategies tailored for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and additional platforms.
• Produce and publish a variety of content daily including Reels, carousels, stories, and accompanying captions.
• Oversee content scheduling, monitor audience interaction, and analyze growth metrics to optimize performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, viral content styles, and platform updates to ensure content remains dynamic and impactful.

Requirements

• Demonstrated creativity with a strong grasp on narrative techniques and consistent brand messaging.
• Proven track record managing social media accounts or brands across various sectors.
• Experience leading content shoots and collaborating closely with videographers and designers.

Additional Preferences

• Mandatory prior experience in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with basic video/photo editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite is advantageous.
• Effective written communication skills and an ability to foster community engagement.
