Social Media Executive

About the Role

Mideaseed is seeking a creative and trend-aware Social Media Associate or Manager to enhance and expand the social media visibility of several brands. Candidates passionate about content creation, Instagram trends, branding, and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and share engaging content on various social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
• Oversee the management of Instagram, Facebook, and additional social channels.
• Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with teams in design, content creation, and production.
• Keep up-to-date with social platform trends, features, and algorithm updates.
• Track and analyze content performance to provide actionable insights.
• Generate and implement innovative campaigns and engagement activities.
• Assist with shoot planning and coordination of content when necessary.

Requirements

• Between 0 and 3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form video content.
• Excellent abilities in communication and content writing.
• Creative, detail-oriented with good multitasking skills and deadline management.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Compensation and Growth

The position offers a monthly salary based on the selected role and candidate experience:

• Social Media Associate: ₹12000 to ₹15000 per month
• Social Media Manager: ₹16000 to ₹20000 per month

Performance-based salary increases and growth prospects will be available after three to six months.

Additional Information

Work location is at Boring Road, Patna, Bihar, India. This is an on-site full-time role.
