Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to spearhead the development and dissemination of the founder's personal brand and REHQ's official pages. You'll be responsible for producing over 20 posts weekly across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. While advanced video editing skills aren't mandatory, you should consistently identify and capture content that illustrates REHQ's industry impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the weekly content schedule.
• Generate and share 20+ posts every week.
• Craft a diverse array of content including short and long videos, graphics, carousels, and textual posts.
• Transform content from podcasts, videos, meetings, and founder inputs into engaging social media posts.
• Compose hooks, scripts, captions, and effective calls to action.
• Manage publishing across Meta platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor metrics such as engagement, traffic, and lead generation through HubSpot or equivalent CRM tools.
• Continuously reinforce and advance REHQ’s central messaging.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of targeted social media posting experience for professional or business brands.
• At least one year of experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
• Proficiency in video scripting, posting, and creating graphic-based content.
• Ability to manage a substantial and active content calendar efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating business-oriented content creation.

Additional Details

This position offers part-time hours (15–25 per week) working in-person at the Lakeland, FL downtown office. Compensation ranges between $20 and $30 per hour depending on experience. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the founder and take ownership of the content strategy and execution, helping cement REHQ’s market presence.
