Role Overview

The position of Skills Consultant Direct Sales is a full-time, onsite role based in Singapore. The individual will be tasked with identifying and connecting with potential clients, showcasing SQC’s training offerings, and closing direct sales to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Strong acumen and motivation for sales, with a proven ability to drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex ideas to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in direct B2C roadshow sales, preferably within training, education, or professional services sectors.
• Capacity to work autonomously, attain sales goals, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Effective organizational and follow-up capabilities, including experience using CRM or similar sales tracking software.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s training and WSQ framework and prior experience in skills development or learning and development is advantageous.
