Position Overview

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE. This role demands a proactive and experienced professional dedicated to managing construction site activities, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction operations, verifying alignment with the project’s design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and timely project progression.
• Analyze and interpret technical blueprints, offering engineering support and directives on-site.
• Perform site inspections regularly and document progress through comprehensive reports.
• Address and solve any on-site challenges or delays promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Demonstrable prior experience working as a Site Engineer on construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and prevailing industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in project coordination and leadership of on-site teams.
• Strong communication abilities combined with effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
