About the Role
The Australian Taxation Office is inviting proactive individuals with outstanding work ethics to become part of the Site Leadership Program as Site Coordinators. This role involves orchestrating engaging initiatives, events, and communication strategies that support the strategic goals of the Site Leadership Program while enhancing site culture.
Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with site teams to grasp the specific local priorities, employee requirements, and cultural dynamics. These insights will guide your efforts to customize activities and communications that accurately reflect the distinct identity of each site, ensuring relevance and engagement among employees. Your coordination and effective engagement with stakeholders will help foster a vibrant, connected, and positive workplace environment.
Work Requirements
This position requires physical presence at the worksite for a minimum of three days each week. Opportunities exist on either an ongoing or fixed-term basis in locations including Albury, Brisbane CBD, Melbourne CBD, Parramatta, Townsville, or Upper Mount Gravatt.
