Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Coordinator knowledgeable in rooftop solar installations to join our team in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The role involves managing on-site execution, coordinating teams, and handling customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of rooftop solar installation, including structures, inverter fitting, earthing, and electrical wiring.
• Ability to interpret solar installation drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Manage and supervise installation teams and contractors efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for customer engagement and team coordination.
• Prepare detailed site reports and liaise with design, inventory, and liaison teams for smooth project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for site visits.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in rooftop solar site execution preferred; however, fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India.
• Monthly salary range: INR 12,000 to 19,000.
