About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to supervise daily activities at our café in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. This position reports to the Area Operation Manager and focuses on delivering superior customer service, managing staff effectively, ensuring food safety compliance, and meeting operational goals during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within the café during your shift ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Drive sales performance through upselling strategies and uphold excellence in service.
  • Manage cash handling processes, billing accuracy, shift closures, and assist in inventory management and stock control.

  • Prepare detailed shift and cash reports, manage handovers, and collaborate closely with the Store Manager to address staffing and operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience
