Role Overview - Shift Leader (Gjilan)

The company is excited to inaugurate its first SINSAY store in Gjilan (Agnia Center) and seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager by overseeing daily store activities during shifts. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily operations alongside the Store Manager
• Managing store functions throughout working shifts
• Ensuring compliance with brand operational standards
• Maintaining product displays consistent with internal guidelines
• Delivering professional customer service experiences
• Handling cash register operations and sales reconciliation
• Managing receipt and unloading of shipments
• Arranging product presentation on the sales floor and warehouse per brand requirements
• Coordinating with collaborating company departments
• Managing financial cash handling tasks, including daily cash collection and secure handover according to company procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in team leadership and management
• Independent with strong commitment to executing assigned tasks
• Vocational education or higher
• Basics of labor laws knowledge
• Minimum one year experience in retail sales
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes
• Availability to work in shifts

Additional Information
