About the Role
IDR is actively seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support a leading client based in Georgia. This position suits candidates ready to engage quickly in a fast-moving environment, delivering critical technical support with minimal onboarding time. Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial technical assistance to internal users via phone, email, and online chat channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents, service requests, and problems while documenting all cases within the service management system.
- Setup, configure, install, and distribute hardware and software, primarily supporting Windows OS and network-related hardware.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and address issues related to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Work closely with the Service Desk Manager and team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems and participate in additional projects as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least one year of experience in a Service Desk role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, especially with Microsoft Windows environments and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, service management platforms, and VDI technology preferred.
- Outstanding customer service aptitude complemented by excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to accurately document technical issues and quickly adapt to evolving technologies in a dynamic workplace.
