About the role
This permanent full-time position is based in Palmerston North and supports the site manager with day-to-day coordination of on-site resources. Although the role does not include direct reports, it is central to keeping couriers, delivery agents, contract posties, RD contractors, and box lobby staff aligned so the right people and resources are in place each day. The position calls for a practical, hands-on approach, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to help build a positive, high-performing team environment.
Working hours
The roster runs Tuesday to Saturday. The shift pattern is Tuesday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00, and Saturday from 06:00 to 14:30.
Pay
The role pays $30.78 per hour.

What you will bring
You should be comfortable communicating clearly in both writing and speech, manage your time well, and be capable of handling administrative work with limited supervision. Confidence using computers is important, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of safety systems and compliance in an operational setting is expected. Experience in transport or logistics would be an advantage. A full, clean New Zealand driver licence is mandatory.
